Gigastructure Guide

Gigastructure has rooms where gravity changes as you move between them. Use floor numbers, signs, doors, and the route you entered by to keep track of your position. Raid availability and access can vary, so check Missions before preparing a run.

At a glance

  • Check elevator signs and door states before moving on. Use a clearly identified elevator as a regrouping point.
  • After every gravity change, look back at the entrance and describe the new floor and ceiling orientation.
  • Finish sorting before entering the extraction room, then follow the current portal prompts and watch your condition.

Landmarks and signs for navigation

The official preview describes room-to-room gravity changes. The navigation habits below are suggestions, not a fixed map of the raid.

Floor number
Primary location callMore useful to a team than room color or furniture.

Vote before going deeper

  • Continue only if every player can reach the next connector without guessing.
  • Keep enough ammunition, healing supplies, and armor durability for another fight and the trip to extraction.
  • Treat a high-value objective item as a reason to stop, even if backpack space remains.
  • Do not split during a purge or connector transition. Regroup at the same floor and elevator call.
  • Consider extracting if your supplies are running low instead of exploring another section.

Treat extraction as a timed procedure

  1. Reload, heal, and finish inventory decisions before entering the extraction room.
  2. Confirm every teammate knows the room and portal location.
  3. Start the portal immediately. Wait for the activation shown in the current raid.
  4. Cover the entrance and avoid opening the backpack while watching for nearby threats.
  5. Move through as soon as the portal is active. Do not return for marginal loot.

Correct these navigation failures

The team calls only room colors.Add floor number, connector type, and gravity orientation to every location call.

You lose the return route after a gravity shift.Look back at the entrance and name the return surface before crossing the room.

You die while sorting near extraction.Finish sorting outside, then enter only when the squad is ready to activate and leave.
